SACSC Methods/Strategies for Integration
The following instructional methods and learning activities that foster the development of SACS knowledge, skills and attitudes, can be integrated into regular lessons
without
sacrificing content. Using a wide variety of these strategies and learning activities will
allow you to present each lesson in a way that will increase achievement, maintain
student interest and meet the diverse learning styles of students in your classroom. Plan
to allow students to identify what they already know about the topic; to make personal
connections to the topic; to practise and apply new knowledge, skills and attitudes; and to reflect on their progress.
